Job Description :

  • Strategic consultation: Develop a strong understanding of the client’s business, marketing goals, and target audience, and work with planners and creative team members to deliver solutions that meet program objectives
  • Digital marketing strategy and tactical guidance: Work with clients to develop, measure and optimize the performance of customer marketing programs across email, mobile apps, websites, social media, and other digital marketing channels.
  • Customer and market insights: Use internal and external data, industry insights, 1st and 3rd party research and a variety of quantitative tools at your disposal to become intimate with and advocate for our client’s end-customer.
  • Test planning and optimization: Put marketing programs on clear paths to improvement by creating effective experimentation plans and learning agendas.
  • Performance analysis: Define campaign performance metrics and measurement plans. Manipulate, analyze and visualize data to reveal trends in marketing program performance and customer behavior, and identify key opportunities based on analysis.
  • Business development: Support account growth and new business development.
  • Help with new business pitches when needed
  • Able to make sound estimate of budget estimate, project deliverables & KPIs.
  • Ability to offer proactive solutions and ensure successful progression without guidance

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or advertising fields required or higher. Minimum 3 years of digital marketing and/or brand marketing.
  • Experienced in digital campaign tools (GA, Adwords, FB Ads, etc.) Solution-oriented and strong analytical skills.
  • Knowledge of, or experience with, A/B test planning and analysis Ability to scope projects accurately, prioritize time well and juggle multiple projects effectively.
  • Ability to communicate coherently and sensitively with clients, vendors and staff members.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and visual presentation skills
  • Eager to learn new things, research effectively, analyze effectively and able to apply findings for assignments.
